Treatment of PMS

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) refers to a combination of physical and emotional symptoms that almost many women experience in the days or weeks leading up to their menstrual period. A study says that out of 10 women, almost 6 to 8 women have to face PMS issues. This condition can vary from mild to severe and differ from person to person. Women suffering from PMS generally do not have abnormal levels of hormones but they may appear to be affected by progesterone and estrogen.

However, if one has severe issues then there are chances of hormonal imbalance. This hormonal imbalance not only lead to irregular or painful periods. It can be due to many reasons like if you have stress enduring nature, don’t follow your sleep cycle properly, don’t follow proper diet. Your lifestyle plays a vital role in the severity you may have to go through. However, lifestyle changes here does not refer to changing life only before few days of periods. The body adapt changes after a period of 5 to 6 months. Here in this short article, we are going to discuss some lifestyle changes that can help to treat this challenging phase of women’s life’ PMS:
