What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at wecare@mywelme.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that your concern is resolved at the earliest. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

What If I don’t feel any relief from using Welme?

If you don’t feel any relief after using Welme, we have a 60 day buyback guarantee on the purchases made through the website. Please provide the product with all its content to us we will be happy to accept the return.
