Welme uses TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) technology to relieve period cramps. It sends low voltage electrical pulses through the skin to block pain signals to the brain and stimulate the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers.

Yes, Welme is fully rechargeable. A full charge typically provides 5–6 hours of usage, depending on the intensity level selected.

Welme is completely reusable. The patches can be reused multiple times (usually up to 20 uses) if stored properly in their resealable pouch and kept clean and dry. Store both the device and patches in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight

b. Ensure the patches are firmly stuck to your skin.
c. Check if the battery is charged.
d. If the LED blinks continuously, it may indicate low battery or poor skin contact.

Welme is primarily designed for menstrual cramps, but since it uses TENS technology, it can also help with mild lower back pain. However, it is not a replacement for a dedicated back pain relief device.

Place the gel patches on your lower abdomen, where you typically feel cramps. The device snaps magnetically onto the patch. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before use.

Welme offers 21 intensity levels to suit different pain thresholds. Start from the lowest setting and gradually increase until you find a comfortable and effective level. It should feel like a gentle pulsing or tapping sensation.

Yes, Welme is lightweight and discreet, allowing you to move freely or rest while wearing it. However, avoid sleeping with it on to prevent accidental damage or prolonged usage.

It is auto-programmed for 15 mins. In 15 mins you might feel pain relief. If you feel the pain again. you can reuse Welme.

No, Welme is an over-the-counter wellness device and does not require a prescription.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still initiate a return once delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-functional device, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
